A solid bronze letter slot meant to be installed on a door or the facade of a home next to an entry door. This set has a beautifully embellished front and includes the original frame for the interior opening as well. There is an old layer of shellac that can be left as is or removed for a brighter finish. Please see all of our pictures for details. The spring which keeps the Letter flap closed is in working order and the bronze of this piece is in excellent condition.
The 'letter' slot measures 5 3/4" wide by 2 3//8" tall overall. The slot opening is 4 3/8" wide by 1 1/4" tall. The frame for the interior side of the door measures 6 3/8" wide by 1 7/8" tall overall. This set ships free within the US.
