A stately antique beveled glass door from a mid 1800s home. This door was originally an exterior door of the home and was salvaged prior to demolition. it has a gorgeous, full glass pane with a beveled edge and a solid wood frame. The exterior is a bright orange-red and the interior is an off-white or beige color. There are marks along the edges which is typical for a door of this age and small holes around the wood near the corners of the glass where curtain hardware had been installed. A hole for a deadbolt has been cut in as shown in the photos, however, no hardware is included with this set except for the hinges. Please be sure to see all of our pictures for details and close ups of the door.
This Victorian era door measures 31 5/8" wide by 78 1/8" tall by 1 3/4" deep. There is paint around the edges of the glass on the exterior (red) side as shown. There are also signs of wear such as scrapes and scratches around the outside edges of the door; particularly on the mortise lock edge.
