Set of 9 Japanned Brass Door Plates, Tiger Brass Antique Doorknob Backplates, Black and Copper Antique Door Knob Escutcheons 113001

An early 1900s set of "Japanned" brass doorknob escutcheons or backplates. These are a striking blend of copper and dark brown black finishes. This is a matching set of plates although the patina and surface wear varies from plate to plate as shown in the photos. Each backplates measures 2 1/2" wide by 6 3/4" tall.
