Vintage Nickel Plate or Chrome Letter Slot, Antique Front Door Mail Slot

A beautiful letter slot with a polished silver metal finish from the early 1900s. This piece is in excellent condition with crisp detailing on the front flap and embellished design around the outside edges. The spring is not complete along the back although the flap stays shut on its own as-is. There are small imperfections in the finish as pictured; this piece is in as-found condition.
The letter slot measures 7" wide by 2 3/8" tall. The letter opening measures 4 1/2" by 1 1/8". The openings for screws are 5 3/4" apart. This item ships free within the US.
