Ornate Cast Iron Entry Door Backplate, Cylinder Lock Escutcheon Plate 081002

This listing is a beautiful, pierced design antique iron backplate with an opening for a cylinder lock. This style is usually found on front or entry doors and are commonly paired with an iron doorknob. They have a stately design at the top and bottom that is simple, but elegant. There are some areas of rust and pitting as shown.
