Madras Pattern, Yale Towne Hardware, Bronze Doorknob Plate Set, Antique Flower Knobs, Ornate Antique Door Hardware Set 030503

A complete Yale and Towne hardware set in the Madras pattern circa 1894. Beautifully patterned in solid bronze with heavy cast plates in a matching pattern. These have been cleaned although they do have a bit of residue left on them in a few spots. The spindle is seized onto one knob although it could likely be removed with some heating. This does not affect functioning of the set and they can still be used as a working knob set to a door in your home.

Each backplate or escutcheon is 2 1/4' wide by 5 1/2" tall. The knobs are approx. 2 1/4" across.
