Pair of Newark Bronze Backplates from 1925 Church, Gothic Bronze Door Plate Set 101105

A cast bronze set of Newark pattern doorknob plates from a 1925 church in Peoria, Illinois. This style has a beautiful Gothic design with heavy, solid bronze plates meant to stand up to wear and tear in a public building. These are authentic and original to the 1925 building from which they were salvaged prior to demolition.
Each back plate measures 8" tall by 2 1/2" wide. The door knob opening and keyhole are 2 1/4" on center. This set ships free within the US.
