Antique White Ceiling Tin Square, Stamped Tin Ceiling Tile 032504

This beautiful ceiling tile from the earlier 1900s features a swirling orchid pattern. These panels make wonderful wall decor and are simple to install with screws or set on a shelf as a piece of art. They can be stripped or sealed to keep the authentic chippy look and minimize paint flaking. These could easily be taken down to bare metal or repainted in your favorite color. 
 This tin ceiling tile measures approx. 24" by 24". There is some warping along the top and bottom edge and nail holes on this piece as shown in the photos. The tin is fairly thin and can be reshaped by bending or with a hammer if desired. Paint "chippy-ness" and patina will vary between pieces of tin.
