Cast Iron Antique Fireback, Iron Fire Back Set, Iron Fireplace Insert

A beautifully decorated cast iron fireback salvaged from a Victorian mansion. The rear section is decorated with a simple design and the side panels are plain. This set was originally salvaged from a fireplace in the Burnham Mansion of Champaign, IL prior to demolition.

The front open end of the set measures up to 36 1/4". The back end is 29 7/8" wide. The set is 29 7/8" tall with a 14 1/2" depth. The pieces hook together and can be angled inward more than pictured for a more narrow firebox opening.
