Basket Weave or Wicker Pattern Firebox Frame, Fireplace Opening Frame

A beautiful cast iron firebox frame or surround featuring an intricate pattern with crisp detailing that appears to be a recreation of a wicker pattern. This piece typically surrounds the firebox opening in the mantel. Originally this was held onto the fireplace opening by wires on the back of this frame which were mortared between bricks in the wall. Please see all of our pictures for close ups and details. These sets are the perfect way to finish off a real or faux fireplace.
This antique fireplace frame measures 24 5/8" wide by 30 1/4" tall by 1" deep. The opening is 20 1/4" wide by 28 1/8" tall. This set ships free within the continental US. No PO boxes.
