Antique Carved Newel Post Top, Victorian Era Staircase Newel Post Finial 040902

A beautifully turned antique newel post top or finial. These were placed on the top of a staircase post or newel post and were a gorgeous decorative flourish at the end of a railing. It would make the perfect finishing touch for a staircase that is missing this piece.
