Antique Victorian Firebox Frame or Mantel Opening Decorative Frame

A beautiful cast iron firebox frame or surround featuring a charming egg and dart pattern. This piece typically surrounds the firebox opening in the mantel and provides a decorative frame to finish out the mantel. This piece is wonderfully rustic and has an unusual pattern we have never seen before. It has been cleaned and oiled for photos, but we suggest a sealant to keep the current look or painting it in your desired color.
This antique fireplace frame measures 24 1/2" wide by 30 1/2" tall. The opening is 20 1/2" by 28 1/8" tall. There is surface rust as shown and small chipping in the remaining paint as shown. Please see all of our pictures for details. This item ships free within the continental US. No
