Antique Central Vacuum Inlet, House Vacuum Outlet Cover, Burnham Mansion

This unusual piece of brass hardware was originally an inlet for a central house vacuum system. These were placed throughout the home in the baseboards and could be plugged into to allow easy clean up for staff. Due to the unique design, it would also make an excellent peephole cover!
